Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Raaz Attire. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns are currently available for in-city orders only. Items purchased during sales, clearance events, or with discount codes or coupons are non-returnable. Products that are out of stock or unavailable in the requested replacement size are also not eligible for exchange.

Customers may choose either a refund or store credit for approved returns. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

If you wish to exchange an item, exchanges are available only if the requested size or color remains in stock.

If the return is due to a customer preference, including ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges. If the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Raaz Attire will bear the shipping costs.

Customers receiving damaged or incorrect products should contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
